Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from Newpkl. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though your first withdrawal may take longer if KYC verification is not yet complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under Newpkl's terms and conditions. Violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

• Registering with false information or under someone else's identity.
• Placing opposing or hedged bets to exploit bonuses.
• Using Newpkl's platform for money laundering purposes.

• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Newpkl reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• To close your account voluntarily, send an email to support.
• Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus balances will not be refunded.
• Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be marked as dormant.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts — though your balance will never go below zero.
