To open an account at Newpkl, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number and must be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes. Required information:
  • Active mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX format)
  • A strong password
  • Email address (optional, but recommended)
  • Age 18 or above

Each person may register only one Newpkl account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, or device is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Basic verification via mobile OTP is mandatory. Additional identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. The process is quick and is done to keep your account secure.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to you. After verifying the OTP, set your new password. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.

If your account is temporarily locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts, it will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. If your account has been suspended for another reason, contact support@newpkl.ws. Our team will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

After logging in, you can update your email, password, and contact details from Profile Settings. Changing your mobile number may require assistance from the support team. For security purposes, OTP verification is mandatory for any changes.

Yes, you can close your account at any time by sending a request to support@newpkl.ws. If you have a remaining balance, please complete your withdrawal first. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our responsible gaming policy.
